Beer Update
Honey Triple Our first big batch of Ambacht Honey Triple
is soon to be released. Some folks got a preview of this beer at
Portland's Cheers to Belgian Beers (2011). This batch is made
with my own wildflower honey and has been aging in the back corner since
this spring. Because we use a low-temperature mash our triple is one of the
driest available, so if you are tired overly sweet triples, give this one a try.

Matzobrau It is that time of the year
again, Passover is over and we need your leftover Matzah to make our Matzobrau.
Stop by the brewery with unopened leftover boxes of Matzah and we'll treat you to
a glass of one of our beers. In addition, we will have a tasting with two years batches of
matzobrau for you to sample.
Golden Rose Our new batch of Golden Rose Ale
is now available. This is the beer that won the 2010 Monaco Cup
(food & beer pairing). This is our best batch yet with a subtle
fruitiness from the organic rose hips we used to flavor our golden
ale.
Pie Cherry Ales The 2011 batches of Pie Cherry Ales
are in the Fermenters now and bottle conditioned with local
blackberry honey! We will be releasing the Pie Cherry Dark the
last week in October:
