Matzobraü coming soon! We have bottled up the Matzobraü* and are awaiting approval from the TTB for this unique ale. A tad darker then our experimental batch, stop by the brewery for a taste. We will let you know when it is available for sale.

Ambacht Brewing's Black Gold Porter Tasting on Thursday 12 August 2010 was a good time: Abbey II version of the porter was the favorite of the folks who stopped by the brewery.

Golden Rose Ale is now available at the brewery, Hank's Thriftway in Hillsboro Oregon, Hillsboro farmers' markets and at People's Food Coop and the Beermonger's in southeast Portland Oregon. Our Golden Rose Ale is made by infusing Ambacht Golden Ale with rose hips which adds just a touch of rosey tanginess.

Ambacht G++, our new Belgian Golden Strong Ale is available. We tuned our burner up which increased our boiler heat and gave a nice kettle caramelization (and saving energy and shortening the brew day). A hint darker and very smooth with 8% abv, we like this artisan ale a lot and you will too.

Golden Rye Ale, Our RyePA is gone, but not forgotten.
We've made another batch and it will be ready in a couple of months along with our Pie Cherry Pale and Pie Cherry Porter. And the anxiously awaited MatzoBraü
